Martina Farías Bouvier
With a special interest and passion for Latin America, Martina brings a diverse background across think tanks, the public and private sector. Before joining IO, she supported political, industry and economic analysis and reporting at emerging markets advisory firms and boutique consultants in both the United States (Frontier Strategy Group) and Argentina (SAPIN S.A.). She helped Fortune 500 companies determine best market strategies, channel management operations, and potential business and investment opportunities in Latin America.
Martina also worked for several think tanks, as well as the Buenos Aires Ministry of Education, where she contributed to numerous blogs on current affairs (politics, trade, economics), supported communication efforts, authored external reports, and acted as liaison between the organizations and international public figures.
Martina holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the Catholic University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, plus an International Trade and Commerce Certificate from UCLA, with a concentration in Global Business Management. She speaks Spanish, English and French.
