Federico L. Saravia Toledo
Federico L. Saravia Toledo advises clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions cross border transactions, renewable energies, oil & gas and mining projects, agribusiness and corporate governance under Argentine law.
His experience with energy infrastructure projects includes solar, biomass, hydropower, waste-to-energy power generation facilities, gas processing and off-taking facilities.
Federico also advises companies in connection with various forms of dispositions and acquisitions of energy-related assets, including shale and other unconventional resources.
During Argentina’s financial crisis (2001-2002) Federico actively advised local and international banking institutions in Argentina. He is a former assistant professor of Corporate Law at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires. From 1997-2010 Federico worked as an attorney at Marval, O’Farrel & Mairal (the largest law firm in Argentina and one of the most prestigious in Latin American).
Federico received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1996. In 2007, he obtained an Executive MBA from the IE Business School (Madrid, Spain).
He is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.
